We had an amazing time at the resort! The views were breathtaking, and we loved the variety of activities available on-site, from ice skating to relaxing in the hot tubs. However, the check-in process was slightly marred by aggressive sales tactics, and we had some issues with the room noise and pillow comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful family getaway in a beautiful setting.

Unfortunately, our room had some noise issues from the heating system, making it quite challenging to sleep. The pillows were also too flat for comfort.
Service

While the staff at checkout was friendly, the check-in experience was overbearing due to the timeshare sales pressure.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location was great for accessing outdoor activities like hiking and kayaking, which I really enjoyed. However, the service left much to be desired, especially during check-in when I encountered some rude staff. The room could definitely use some updates, and I found it a bit unclean upon arrival. Overall, while there were some great features, the negatives impacted my experience significantly.

The room was dark and not particularly inviting; it felt somewhat depressing and was not very clean. I had issues with noise from upstairs neighbors and barking from a large dog, which made it hard to relax.

The location was convenient for outdoor activities, making it easy to access hiking trails and nearby attractions. This was definitely a highlight of my trip.
Dining

Dining options were just okay; I didn't find anything particularly appealing and felt some offerings were aimed at selling timeshares.

I had a great time at the resort! It's located just enough outside of downtown Bend to be peaceful while still being close to amazing hiking and biking trails. The room was clean and comfortable, but I did notice some noise from nearby neighbors. The amenities are a highlight, especially the hot tubs and mini-golf. Just keep in mind there's some ongoing renovation, which wasn't a bother to me but might affect those looking for complete silence. Overall, the resort offers a fun and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for family adventures or a couple's getaway.
Rooms

The location is fantastic for outdoor activities; you can access walking and biking trails right from the resort. It's close to Mt. Bachelor too!

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The property is situated beautifully close to Bend and offers plenty of recreational opportunities, but the facilities are starting to show their age. The room was spacious and had good amenities, but I encountered some issues with noise from neighbors and bugs. Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing spot with fun activities, it might work out, but be cautious about the upkeep.

My stay was marred by several issues, including noise from neighbors and a lack of responsive management. The hotel clearly needs to invest in better room equipment and soundproofing to ensure a more comfortable experience. While the location is decent, I felt unsafe and uneasy at times due to the thin walls and poorly maintained facilities.
Rooms
5.0
The room was comfortable, but the noise insulation was poor, and I could hear everything from the neighboring room, which made it very challenging to relax.
Service
5.0
The service was hit or miss. When I needed help, I found the reception closed and received little assistance when I finally got in touch with the manager late at night.
Location

The hotel is located in a place that's convenient for accessing local attractions, but the overall building feels dated and not well-kept.
Dining
Facilities
